Q. How do I get from the airport to the ship and back?

A. RCCL will transport you and your luggage from the airport to the port and return you to the airport when the cruise is over. The cost is $27.60 round trip. I can take care of this for you and you can either charge it or pay by check to Alpha Omega Travel. In order to get a transfer, I must have your flight info (carrier, dates, flight #'s, times of departure & arrival.) This includes ALL flights on your itinerary, including stops and your arrival back at your final destination.

Q. Is cruise insurance available?

A. The rates for insurance coverage are $29.00 per person for inside cabin and $59.00 for ocean view or balcony. Click on the legal link on our website here and you can download information on the coverage and see if you want to purchase it. Again, I will take care of this and you can either charge or pay by check.

Q. Do I need a roommate?

A. All cabins are priced double occupancy. Whether one or two people share a cabin, we are charged for two persons. If you don't have a roommate, we will try to pair you up with someone else who doesn't have one.

Q. What are the guidelines for tipping?

A. RCCL suggests $10.00 per person per day. This is divided among all those folks who will be taking care of you. If you have been on a cruise, you know that it is cheap at the price. Go here for more detailed information.

Q. How do I pay while I'm on the ship?

A. Refer to the Cruise Tips and see the section on Ship Cards.

Q. Do I have to do anything beyond filling out the registration form?

A. I will pre-register you so your boarding will be easier and faster. Just make sure your registration form
is COMPLETELY filled out.

Q. What is a SetSail Pass?

A. After you have submitted your COMPLETELY filled out registration form, I will pre-register you and will email you a copy of your SetSail Pass. This, along with your passport and credit card will expedite the boarding process. I need registration forms from all occupants of a cabin before I issue your SetSail Pass.
